This course meets on two consecutive Mondays. Session 1 begins on the date you have selected from the drop down. Session 2 is the following Monday.

In this course you will learn positions and techniques for pregnancy and childbirth led by a Spinning Babies® Certified Parent Educator. 

If eligible, an invoice will be sent and must be paid 2 business days prior to class. 

One support person is welcome at no cost.
